Everything is handmade:
Yep, that’s right! All of the products on this site are completely handmade, by me, right here in my little apartment! This means that each piece is completely unique and one of a kind - and just for you!
Due to the nature of my medium (polymer clay), there are occasionally small imperfections on a piece. I will never sell products that have large imperfections; I do my best work to eliminate as many bubbles, scratches, or other blemishes in order to create perfect, smooth pieces. However, each piece is completely handmade, which means small imperfections do happen – but this is something that is awesome about my work! This means that each piece is uniquely yours, and has a story behind it because it was made by two hands rather than machines in a factory.
I believe that as an artist, it is more rewarding to create 100 slightly different products that tell a story of being handmade, rather than sell 1,000 products that are indistinguishable from each other.
Most of my products are created before I post them online, hence the limited numbers of each design available (I create everything in small batches). If you see a color or design that you love, but it is sold out, please feel free to reach out to me! I love hearing from each of you and everything I create is made to spread happiness to every customer, so I would be happy to create more of certain colors or designs based on what you are looking for.
*Please note that certain techniques, such as terrazzo or marbling, can simply not be replicated exactly. If you are looking for a certain color combination I’ve had previously, I will be happy to use those colors again, however I cannot guarantee it will look 100% the same as the original. This is true for certain color matching as well, however color matching is a bit easier to replicate.
I do take CUSTOM ORDERS! Head over to that contact button and let me know what you are looking for. I am always happy to create matching sets for best friends, earrings in your favorite color, or try a funky new design or color combo that you think up. I will let you know what the processing time and cost is on a case by case basis.
Returns & Exchanges:
I may accept returns for damaged earrings within 30 days of the purchase date, this will be done on a case by case basis. Please use the contact page on this site to send a request for your return as well as an image of the damage. It is completely possible for earrings to be damaged during shipping, no matter how hard I try to package things safely, so I am totally understanding when it comes to this! Just let me know if your earrings happen to arrive damaged and we can figure out a solution. If you are not happy with what you have purchased, exchanges for another pair of equal or lesser value are accepted within 5 days and returns for any items are accepted within 5 days as well- return postage must be paid by those wishing to return or exchange. Returns are not accepted for custom pieces however through the custom process I will send images of examples before your full payment goes through, so there should not be any surprises when you receive them.

Please note that polymer clay is very durable and can be bendable, however, PLEASE do not bend your earrings or pull at the pieces. Accidents do happen, so I will be glad to review accidental damage on a case by case basis. Please use the contact form on this site to reach out to me about replacements for damaged earrings.

I ship all items with USPS within 5 days of ordering (besides custom orders which can have a longer processing time). You will receive an email with tracking information for your package. Once I drop your package off at the post office, with the address that you submitted, I unfortunately have no control over their handling. If you have any issues with USPS dropping off your package to the wrong spot, please contact them first to try to resolve the issue (sometimes things bounce back to your post office – I’ve had this happen to me before). If a package is bounced back to me for whatever reason, I will certainly reach out and let you know so that we can resolve the issue.
